Awesome little beast of a knife. I've had mine for years. Indestructible. Handle scales are worth it, but can be added down the road if needed.

I love ESEE knives. They come with a no-questions-asked, lifetime warranty.

Which you would be wrong, per their own warranty terms.

In addition, you must pay Priority shipping:

We do not warranty against rust, normal wear and tear, loss, lost hardware, theft, or cosmetic damage.

All ESEE branded knives must be returned using USPS Priority Mail with tracking

Also from their warranty pageEmbarrassmentur warranty is pretty simple: if you break it, we will repair or replace it. We will not question the validity of your warranty claim for a broken knife. We must have the broken knife returned to validate a warranty claim.

I've had mine for many years. I wrapped the handle in paracord, and it was enough to improve the grip, but it has to be wrapped tight. Nice, small knife. Don't let the alphabet soup name fool you, it's not a random Chinese company from the last five years. They're an old, reliable, US company.
