I agree. Their fixtures are priced so crazy in comparison to their bulbs, sensors, and switches.

the dual-zone control (uplight and downlight controlled separately) is really the only reason to get this over a regular fixture with hue bulbs. installation is also a massive pain because the canopy is so cramped to wire. it's definitely a premium product, but it's hard to justify the price unless you absolutely need that specific look.
