These are nice originally I had one of these . Back in July picked up a WiFi version hoping to pair the 2 together and could not bc it does not pair. That's my only issue with JBL . There's about 3 systems of connectivity being used out there by people and they are not compatible. I bought a 2nd WiFi version and sold my original but then during outdoor activities I could not connect to my friends speakers. When you have 2 paired across from each other say around a group of chairs it's a very nice sound when you have 3 or 4 it's amazing! Don't matter which model. I use them primarily in the back seat of a classic car I did not want to wire a stereo in . It's also nice during a car show or cruise nite etc to listen to music outside the car with friends. I have Bluetoothed them to the tv a few times which made almost a surround sound during a movie.

Jbl needs to get their crap together with that nonsense. I have the regular 3, not what I thought it would be, slightly Disappointed. The encore got more play time for me. I was thinking of getting a wking x20s.
