That's how the highest speed setting works. It's an on/off toggle for the two slower speeds.

Does anyone else find the trigger button to be sensitive? As in, you have to maintain consistent pressure or else it stops the fan.

This is the WOLFBOX DF100. The normal one is MF100. What's the difference?

FWIW, I recently bought the Wolfbox MF60, and it's surprisingly powerful. I've used it several times to blow off dust from my power tools. No regrets.

Really annoying to have to power on the tool every time you use it. Anyone figure out a way to make it stay in standby mode longer? I used them building a computer and laying flooring and needed it every minute or so to clean the area of dust of dirt and every time you have to hold the power button and wait the trigger delay. Really annoying. Used a power tool instead.
