Excellent product. Used for years. Saves $$ by not starting the main oven (and unnecessarily warming up the house).
Mine lasted about 8-9 years of use. One day it stopped working, wouldn't turn on - no power.
These machines are notorious for using a cheap thermal fuse.
About a 10-15 minute repair - plenty of youtube videos. The thermal fuse can be purchased cheaply on Amazon. You need to make sure you buy the exact same thermal fuse for your model (the Breville depending on model use different thermal fuse specs).
I have the compact version and love it: https://www.amazon.com/Breville-S..._=pb_hm_dp
Edit: my version has the air fryer, which is a game changer. I'd go for the one I have for $10 less than the one in the post.

This model does not have "air frying" aka "super convection", need the next model up for it.
Air frying in ovens is different than a purpose-made air fryer. It's not nearly as direct and it takes longer. You almost always have to add time to "air fry" instructions on frozen food to cook it in an oven with an air frying feature.
IMO, it's better to keep ovens and air fryers separate if you have the space. I don't, so I have an all-in-one.
