You could just get a SAMA P1200 for $130 at 1200W 80Plus Plat and it's an A rated power supply on Amazon which has Japanese connectors:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F998P...title&th=1

The Thermaltake Toughpower SFX 850W 80Plus Plat is B- Rank noted for having voltage drops and a has a lot of mixed reviews, with it's 1000W variant having a score of F on SPL. Thermaltake has a very mixed history of bad power supplies and very few decent ones. At this price even with a 7 year warranty it's not worth it, a PSU connects to every part of your computer. If a problem occurs it can damage all your other parts. It's not worth the risk when there is a similar price item that provides more wattage, has better parts and the same amount of connectors.
