Serious question: I've never owned an air tool like this before. I have a bunch of finish work, mostly quarter round I have to finish. I'm thinking this would do the trick. What kind of nail would be least visible? Thank you in advance!

First off do you have compressor? This is good for quarter round, but I'm not sure it will be good for the other things you might have to do. This only takes 'headless and slight head pin nails from 5/8 in. to 1-3/8 in. length', 23-gauge.
For things like base boards you are going to want another tool, either a brad nailer or a finish nailer. If you are only going to get one nailer a brad nailer is probably the most versatile

Yeah. I have researched more and have decided that an 18 gauge brad nailer is the sweet spot for strength and looks. Sorry if I wasted anyone's time. Maybe this brief conversation will help someone else decide what to buy.
