Alright this is a good deal but have to warn you Kroger milk contains a1 protein a lot more which can cause a lot of medical problems down the line.

But if you can digest it it is a decent deal, but i personally can't.
infact in the spectrum of bad milk Kroger is definitely one of the worst milk or there

I have heard that about milk as well. The older you get, it can lead to bone issues and milk can actually leach calcium. Best to eat your Spinach or any other vegetables to get your calcium.
