I decided to bite since I've been wanting one like this. I'm just confused how "Restored to factory settings" would apply here. How can a solar panel be reset?

I'm all for saving a few bucks but under the refurbished description it says these "Works like new. Restored to factory settings. May have larger scratches or dents .May be missing parts, accessories, or packaging." After reading that, I think I'll just hold out for them to come down to $200 for brand new again. It doesn't happen often but it does happen. I bought 2 of these a while back for 200 each and have been wanting to buy a couple more, but I missed my opportunity each time so I've been waiting to jump on the deal when they hit 200 for new ones again. It's just a waiting game. If I needed them right away, you can usually find them brand new for around 230 bucks on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/EF-ECOFLOW...r=8-1&th=1

I just received mine and it looks brand new. No signs of wear or use. It's currently charging my Ecoflow River 2 pro with no issue.

Thats good to know but when the disclaimer clearly says the item may have larger scratches or dents, my concern is with my luck, I'll receive one with exactly that. Large scratches in the tempured glass surface. I just dont want to risk getting a solar panel that has large scratches in it's glass surface and then not having an argument to stand on for a return. I'm willing to wait it out and pay $40 more for a guaranteed unscratched panel. If I needed one right now, I'd jump on this deal. I'm lucky that my needs aren't time sensitive. I am also aware that a surface scratch won't affect its ability to collect power in any meaningful way but still, I have the luxury having time on my side so unless that changes, I'm going to hold out.
