if you like to have a BILLBOARD in your bedoom or living room, ... spamming your device with "forced sponsered ads" and AMAZON reps tell you YOU can't remove these SPONSERED ADS. Amazon says it is amazon device and they can put all the ADS on them they want, and nothing you can do about it.
Look at newest user reviews, and focus on the many 1 star reviews. I used to LOvE my echo show devices, but the last few years Amazon decided to sell regular people out to get Companies to SPAM our devices.

Amazon laid off much of the development and support team after losing big for years on Alexa. Echo Shows are now a listening device to primarily deliver ads. Functionality is poor and often unusable. Amazon forced users to switch to AI when they didn't want it. Old Alexa is gone, even if you switch back.
