Nothing, not even that direct link worked. Just opened up PayPal app home page.
I did the Pay Later reward promotion around Black Friday. Not sure if that matters.

I did not do the Pay Later reward promotion during Black Friday, and I still do not receive this offer. The algorithm must be more complex.
