who do you contact when there's issues with points? chat was pretty useless since they just kept repeating needing to wait 90 days for pending points to go thru. it's been over 100 days for a previous purchase. they said they escalated and a manager will call me. still no calls after a few days.

I received the 2000 points on 2 $50 PP purchase rewards offer on my account.
I ordered something on Walmart.com and then on Ebay.
PP showed I accomplished ("completed") both required purchases about 10 minutes of completing the 2nd purchases.
My Ebay buy was $49.97 before tax. After tax it was $54, so looks tax counts towards the PP 50.00 min needed.

Let's see if they pull a fast one again like they did last fall and conveniently forget to tell customer number 25,001 and beyond that the offer is no longer available. Great way to run up revenue and not really pay out their promotion!

Jealous of everyone who got it. I got one Paypal offer of this nature one time (I think it was for using pay in 4), and it was awesome free money. But every "reward" I've seen since has been garbage.
