I have a 15 and use it regularly, it's held up perfectly for 2-3 years. I wish the texture was all around, the "bald spots" can cause your hands to slip, but worth the price. Yes4All is my favorite offbrand workout gear.

I've been using another brand 10 lb ball while watching tv. Just moving around from one hand to the other. After a few minutes you feel it in your wrists and fingers. Great way to maintain grip strength while practically doing nothing.
