That's only slightly lower than the monthly price of a regularly priced year sub ($98 which is $8.17 per month)
Seriously would not even sub for that price, get the year when it's $49

the $49 is YMMV and I do not see it on my account, so this is my only option

We should see the discounted price come up again soon, I don't remember when "Walmart week" was but my sub ends in July so probably around then. This deal should hold you over for the few months until then, I definitely get my moneys worth out of W+ and value the sub more greatly than my Sams sub.

I have this promo, but the terms and conditions state that you must pay for the monthly plan for 6 months, so you can't get the yearly plan. It doesn't seem like the best deal at $12.95/month, even with 40% back in points.

I been a PayPal member for years, 15 I'd say. I don't have a bank card linked to PayPal which is I'm sure unusual and becoming more difficult to make purchases since PayPal keeps changing there policy's (split pay which I've never used) . I don't really want to I've always considered as a separate bank account . I have tried there rewards/cashback/honey etc programs several times and never get the rewards. I'd like to try this one I've been Wal-Mart plus in the past ,have been thinking about it again and I don't see the 49$ renewal that's been posted. Can anyone tell me why I never seem to get the rewards at PayPal?

I think you can get this price via the Burger King app as part of their Walmart+ partnership. Maybe possible to stack the two by getting the $7ish/mo price via Burger King app and paying for it via Paypal?
