I know that the Ridgid saw won't work on the Milwaukee track, so I'd assume the Milwaukee saw won't work on the Ridgid track, but I've never actually tried.

No. Ridgid has a proprietary track design. Milwaukee/Festool/Makita (I think also Wen) will not work on this track.

I can confirm this is true. Dewalt also has a proprietary track that would not work on this Ridgid design.
