CVS [cvs.com] has their generic Sensodyne toothpaste 3.4oz on sale for $2.94 (50% off). This is 86.5 cents per ounce.
This may be an online price only (in-store price may be higher) so I'd recommend that you order for free store pickup.
Otherwise, free shipping on orders over $35. ExtraCare Plus members get free shipping on orders over $10
The active ingredient for both is Stannous Fluoride (0.454% w/w), just like Sensodyne.
YMMV since this depends on stock at your local CVS. I suspect they'll be in stock for you if since there seems to be several stores around me that carry these.
