high fructose corn syrup, modified corn starch, and 34 grams of added sugar all for 500 mg of electrolytes. Powerade and Gatorade are trash beverages. There are so many hydration beverages with better ingredients. Even Body Armor which has its own shitty ingredients has more electrolytes 620mg in a 12 oz bottle (with 13 g less sugar) than this 20 oz bottle. Even Powerade's vitamins are pitiful 20% Vitamin C and 60% Vitamin B12 in a 20 oz drink vs Body Armor 50% Vit C / 150% Vit B12 in a 12 oz. No one should be consuming more than 12-16 ounces of these non carbonated sugary sodas
