The DJI Neo is a tiny controller free drone that works well for quick follow style videos and roof or property inspections. It is small enough to fit in a travel bag, can be flown without pairing to a phone, and has been used to check roof damage, raccoon entry points, and other hard to reach spots. Battery life is around 15 minutes, and propeller guards help after rough landings. The main caveats are limited satellite connectivity under porch roofs and concern that Amazon units may not include a warranty.
Homeowners checking roofs or storm damage, because it can capture clear inspection video without climbing a ladder.
Travelers wanting a pocketable follow-me drone, because it fits in a single bag and tracks you for quick videos without phone pairing.
Beginners who want extra crash protection, because propeller guards help keep it safe after rough landings.
People needing long flight sessions, because battery life is around 15 minutes.
People who need reliable landing under covered areas, because it can lose satellite connection when trying to land under a porch roof.
Buyers expecting warranty coverage from an Amazon purchase, because it may not include a warranty.
Shoppers wanting the newest model in the United States, because the newer version has not been released there and may be gray market without warranty.

I'm too old to get up on a ladder (old enough to decide I don't want to) and check things out.
