yep, you sound like you know a bit about drones. i pointed out a steep market of affordable 'more than toy drones that cost less than $150

Crazy the price has not changed much in years. This is how much I bought the 3 for from Costco years ago. Came with ND filters and a case too.

I bought the Skyrover S1 from ebay and it was $231 with the 20% coupon (I think the coupon is dead now, $290 without coupon). Setting aside the whole "who is Skyrover" topic for a sec, my main takeaways on the difference between the S1 and the Mini 3 is that the Mini 3 has a better camera, but the S1 has both Active Track and forward / downward obstacle avoidance (not 360 degree). Been happy with it so far.
