See where it says "moped" in the description? That's almost truth in advertising. Its definitely not an ebike, which is limited to 750W and max of 28mph.

But its not really a moped, in US terms. Most states limit mopeds to <2bhp and <25mph. This has 2000W motors (about 3hp) and does 35mph, so its definitely into motorcycle territory.

So pretty well illegal in a lot of the country unless you do a lot of paperwork to register it as a weird motorcycle without a VIN.

Giving it a faux gas tank, oversized tires, a motorcycle triple-fork, a ball headlight, and a non-adjustable square motorcycle seat and no license plate is like they want to be sure idjits FO after FA.
