I can confirm that these companies are now just selling vaporware games. Garden Warfare 2 is just like this with Level 46 bug. These companies know this and dont do anything to fix these bugs that not only make the game unplayable but also accounts getting locked across the board. Unfortunately, these companies need to be penalized for doing this to the end user.

I tried playing this one my ROG Ally and got blocked. And I only tried to play the campaign. These anti cheat systems are cursed.

I have no issues. Seems to run fine for me so far. Multiplayer is NOT dead if you care about that and have plenty of cross play console players in lobbies. In my opinion it has lesser SLOP content and the best maps that feels like a war zone but large/small enough to be a decent arena. (I'm probably the minority that's tired of the predictable 3-lane formula.) If all you want is one of the best COD campaigns, 6 bucks is a steal for this one. Just make sure to go to your DLC setting before you download and install so you only download the content that you want to play and not the entire 200+ GB.

Just an FYI this is Modern Warfare 2019. Didn't come out on Steam until 2023 though (hence the release date)

From reading comments/reviews, it's still full of cheats, but if you can manage to not get your username flagged for no reason the campaign could be fun.

Game crashed multiple times and one time couldn't boot my PC afterwards. I had to reset the battery. Beware..
