Definitely best price in a while for the physical copy. If you don't mind digital, the game along with all of it's expansions and downloadable content does go for less than this price consistently in the Nintendo eShop.

I ordered it from Amazon as a result of this post. The listing and image don't indicate any sort of download, but my copy definitely had a slightly different front/back that indicated a 20gb download was required. I've read that you can still do single player without it, but I'm not going to risk it; I'm just returning it.
