If you were thinking about buying a gaming handheld or a steam deck, get it now.
Pricing will probably go up. Even used steam deck on eBay and FB marketplace are asking for more.

Good luck. Keeps going OOS, can't even complete the checkout process, on the final page get an error that "order can't be completed because one or more items are out of stock".

RAM availability due to the current NAND shortage fueled by AI datacenters. The current cost of 16 GB of RAM is an increasing percentage of the total cost of a Steam Deck at this point. Steam's other hardware is delayed for the same reason, and it's only a matter of time before other hardware like laptops and phones are meaningfully impacted at the consumer pricing level.
