Not a fan of this tool bag based on the pictures. A lot of tool pouches have a clip for tape measures, which is very convenient and great for bulky 25ft tape measures. This one wants you to use that top pocket, which might be a pain for larger tape measures.

Having two dedicated pockets for 2 sizes of screws/nails is incredible useful. This one looks to have a couple pockets and that's it.

The belt will last though, which is nice and it's transferrable to other bags. I'm more of a clip in buckle type of guy as micro adjustments are easier to make based on the weight of the pouch

I have a padded DeWalt belt with about 25 pockets spread across two large and one small pouch that I bought as a backup a few years ago but have not used it yet. The tag says that it's made by CLC and I have always been pretty happy with my CLC tool belts. I
