The 6Ahs definitely have more output (i.e, higher maximum current) but they're a lot bulkier than the 5Ahs (since they use 21700s instead of 18650s). If you're shooting for more power then the 8Ah FORGE (tabless 21700s) is the same size and weight as the 6Ahs, or the 6Ah FORGE (lithium ion pouches) is smaller than the 6Ah High Output and they both have higher maximum currents. I recently replaced my 6Ahs for 8Ah FORGEs.
I still like the 5Ah for its more compact size. In fact I may prefer them the the 3Ah High Output since they have more output, more capacity and a smaller footprint (just a bit taller).

How does the 5Ah extended run compare to the 6 Ah Forge ??? For run time

I love my 6ah forge but this is tempting
need to mate two M18 in a starlink mini power connector
