For anyone worried about these being too small I can unfortunately confirm that the heads are really far too bulky to claim as a toothbrush for the average 1-4 year old. In particular, the back of the plastic head is particularly thick and bulky. Should help them last a full lift (probably over-engineered for the 3 to 6 months that they should be used). For now, I'm sticking to the Colgate My First Baby and Toddler brush for compact toothbrush needs.
