I usually get them from lowes. They're pavers, pretty much the same quality everywhere.
If you get enough where they will load them via pallet, expect broken ones.

I would definitely buy 20% more than you need so that you can take back broken ones after the project has been finished. Nothing worse than having to go back and forth to the store.

If they are on a pre packed pallet, you won't be able to see the internal pavers. Odds are there will be some broken ones.
