i got the Eddie Bauer 650 down fill jacket for $47 and the 700 fill down parka for $72 in January. i desperately needed a warm coat and they did not disappoint, especially the parka in minus 20 degree weather. its basically a giant comforter. didnt feel an inkling of cold coming through waiting 30 min for the bus. my old wool peacoat was completely useless in cold weather. i was freezing in them.
