Ram and SSD at all time hight. Should i even mention scarcity of good GPU's?
Not a good time to build. Best deal is prebuilt if you need a PC now ( look up this forum for deals). If you dont , just wait

Well, if you are just accumulating parts, this is an okay deal, as long as you are not expecting to finish the build in 12 month. Good thing for AMD is that the newer processor coming out this or next year will probably be compatible with this board. Newer boards might come with newer features, it's your call if you will need it.

Definitely not refurbished, Amazon often pulls from returned units for the Woot orders. Staff changed it to new condition after I started asking questions, but did not confirm condition with Amazon. They (staff member "ThunderThighs") has a reputation for this, does not care, and Woot leans on the 90 day warranty for items sent out defective. Go check the discussion there, if you want to see how evasive they are about it.

It's whatever was pulled from the Amazon inventory. Having friends and family that work in the warehouses, we know not everyone will get a new board, and so does Woot. Glad you did get a new one though, it's still a good value new, even without the manufacturer's warranty.

EDIT: For other buyers, today Amazon also has the Gigabyte B850 Eagle WIFI6E for $80.99 new, with 5 year warranty. Lower spec model, but not enough that the price difference would be worth $50 for most. Keep in mind over the next 3 months all AM5 CPUs and boards will be coming down, as well as most non-silicon DIY parts on fire sales. DIY sales are down 70%, due to the SDRAM / NAND shortages, and most of these retailers are feeling it.
