They sometimes "mistakenly" don't issue them and you have to pester them about it.

Some of these prices are insane. You really need to be careful what you buy or you're essentially using the $15 credit to bring them back down to regular price. And you have to wait 30 days to get the credit to spend at Amazon again.
If it ain't on sale too, it ain't worth buying for this promotion.

This happened to me last time and they would not give me any credit. Buyer beware. I ended up returning the items
