I've always wanted this and this is the cheapest used or new I've seen. That being said, seems there are lot of DLC out there and I have a huge backlog, I'm just going to wait for a "Complete" or "Definitive Edition" to come out and that drops to $20.

If you want to play this one at a locked 60fps and own a PS5 you're better off buying a copy of the PS4 version and playing it on your PS5. The PS5 native copy looks better but has a pretty unstable framerate.
