The problem is how expensive drives are these days. $450 for 20gb is nuts.
You really need 20TB? Wow. Do these play well with bigger synology as remote sync? I want to keep my synology at home and set this off site with 2.5" drives keeping a one way sync of my synology folders, does this work with that?

I started with a 'J' series (212J, I think). Within a few years it was slow and underpowered. I've had a much better experience with the '+' series, having replaced the 212J with a 220+ and adding 8GB RAM (yes, more than spec). Worth checking out the differences between 'J' (entry) and '+' (better?)
