Ewwww, brother, eww. What is that? What is that, brother? 1TB SSD on a > $5K machine? I don't care what supply chain disruption is happening (floods, crypto, COVID, AI, war, etc.) this is nuts. Dude, don't get a Dell.

Not defending Dell's pricing, but PC market definitely is not normal right now.

You can configure it with up to 12TB SSD, but it's gonna cost ya. +$3,250 for 12TB to be exact.
Personally, I would order it with the 1TB SSD to keep the cost down and swap it myself with one of the higher capacity SSDs I already own.

A 8TB SanDisk SSD is $5600. A 1tb gen5 SSD is about all anyone can afford right now. Dell tends to use WD SSD. Which is rather expensive since it is now WD is now SanDisk.
Not Dell's fault the 5090 is priced for profits. You can shave off 2k just by going with the top of the line AMD video card. The toughest part of this deal will be finding a second SSD that wouldnt push this over 6k. 1tb gen5 for a boot drive is a good idea. You only need a 4tb gen4 for games. And HDD for cold storage

Until I read the for games. Come on. Do people really buy 5090 for games...
