Where are you seeing this? And is it refurb or B stock?
Refurb is refurbished meaning it was purchased and sent back. B-stock means new but with a flaw, typically cosmetic.
And the listing on ebay states "new, unopened".
Typically, Arctic's B-stock items state so in the listing title and condition. Not seeing that here?
