From the Amazon description: "Compatible with RTSP/ONVIF for integration with your NVR system."

Works good for me. I consider this to be pretty normal of a price.

If you don't need pan tilt the non pan tilt has a better field of view. FYI

Decent quality. It does support ONVIF and RTSP for those interested in running locally. Hooked it up to Blue Iris just fine. But be aware that it has no local login page to control camera settings. To set it up, you have to connect to it on the Tapo app, give Tapo your wifi password, then set it to allow local connections and enable RTSP and ONVIF. The tapo app is the only way to control the advanced settings. After you set it up, you can disable internet access for it on your router if you want to ensure it doesn't phone home, but if you ever want to change its settings again (like if you change your wifi name/password) you have to let it reconnect to the tapo servers and get back on the app.
