I have both. The 6 wheel works great for me on smooth floors. For sidewalks, pavers, etc., the 4 wheel works better because the two fixed wheels closest to the handle are larger.

I take one that is similar to this on international flights inside of my carryon luggage with room to spare. I can stack everything on it all the way in and out from the parking lot to check-in and from carousel to parking lot; without looking for a luggage cart. My appliance hand truck is too big so I just leave it at home.
