320 cal, 45g protein, for less than $2 a bar. Damn, I have to get it.
edit: nvm, ingredient list is kinda questionable, I'm not sure they list ingredients in the order they should, but I see more beef colagen than calcium casienate and then the next ingredient is soy protein isolate. I'll pass... It's essentially a colagen and soy bar, if you're into that.
Anyone that's tried these have comments on the flavor? I've never heard of this brand before, but they look pretty good. Also, it looks like only 2g net carbs.

Yea maybe to top off a lean bulk but shouldn't be a main source of protein , especially if on a glp-1 or the like which is probably why they market such a high protein count ( don't mean to assume but .... I did spend 20 years in the fitness industry - sold the original detour bars on launch 🤣 )

Good catch.
Soy is a pretty good protein source, but collagen is way too low in BCAAs to be the primary source of protein in a bar.
Hiya! Actually asking here: Why the no thanks for erythritol? These SD comments can be extremely useful these days. Some of you folks are well informed, OCD, and all over the pros and cons. In this case, just wondering why the negative so I can learn from ya .

He's a "whatever chemical can get me there" bodybuilder with several decades under his belt. Most of us would get the liquid shits real quick from these.

You get used to the sugar alcohols after a couple days. I'm in for one on this.
Edit: Nevermind. The bulk of the protein is soy protein isolate. Trash lol
