I got normal t30 from them for $59.99 in early march came in retail box was pretty much brand new zero dirt or dust only battery and charger had few small scratches on it.

Appears amazon returns that have been repaired and inspected. Has previous Amazon barcode and Amazon UPS shipping label attached to box sent to Techcess Solutions LLC Plano,Texas which is refurbishing company.

For me, they sent r10 pro instead of t30 Neo. and the unit is almost DOA. The battery isn't charging at all. Any other experience?
