As someone that owns over 50 flashlights of all shapes and sizes including ones that output over 10k lumens, I genuinely believe 100 lumens is plenty adequate for 99% of my EDC uses. The zebralight I've carried for years maxes out at 200 lumens and I very rarely use that much. If you like the ergonomics of this style light, this is a decent deal.

The Oclip pro goes on sale for $31.99 frequently enough and is a much better light in my opinion. Same body but adds multiple functions for a bit more money. You can also get it in bundle form on occasion for $39.99 with a head strap or other options.

On sale now in various colors.

The Oclip Pro is by far my favorite go to light. Just get it in Orange or red so it is easy to find. I also use the headlamp strap attachment every now and then. The head lamp strap is not the best since you can control it like a dedicated head lamp, but it gets the job down.

This isn't particularly relevant, but I love that the light output my S20 FE flashlight is variable. At its lowest setting I can leave it on for hours and barely make a dent on my now 6 year old battery in the thing.

Seems great, but TBH, I know this is an LED attached to a battery for $24. We have these kinds of things figured out and dialed in, they are a commodity, could just buy one or 5 of these...

Price wise it's a quality product, the 300 lumens part of your question is pretty simple. It's a good light to clip somewhere on your person to see where you are going or unclip it and use it to see something up close. It's not meant to brighten up the whole room or throw a long distance.

Is there a version with replaceable battery? Would hate for it to be weak ejunk in 5 years from the battery.

I really don't understand the love for this item. The clip means that it will hang loosely from your shirt or any other fabric and the light won't be steady. It also requires you to push a button that is very small and hard to push that's on the side, most people agree flashlights with a button on the back is best so it only requires one hand to hold, turn on, etc.
For smaller lights like this one though, I instead went with the detachable magnetic OLIGHT IMINI 2 EDC (which I find on here when its on sale) is much more convenient. It's not a rectangular odd shape, it fits on keychain and when you need it you just pull it off the magnet and it turns on. One handed operation. This thing is a odd size and shape and can't think of a good use for it.

#S20FE squad checking in!

This is a decent lights for your vest. Double click the button and you get red. I do like the pro version that has the selectable switch.

YMMV. i bought this item earlier based on feedback from here but had to return it since the brightness was not enough for me.
