I got the red curry paste during the last deal, and it was absolutely delicious. I'm just too lazy to make it enough.

Showing sold out for me. The 3 pack is only 9.89 S&S but that's a lot of curry.

More or less infinite shelf life (regardless of "best by" date). Haven't tried with yellow, but I mix green curry paste with mayo to eat on a wide variety of things (grilled fish, fried shrimp, sandwiches and wraps)

It's probably just in the Amazon title to help people searching for a shrimp curry paste. No shrimp in the ingredients and the recipe on the back just says to add a nonspecific meat.

should be decent. If you have never used these before, one thing to note is that some are simmer sauces (just add vegetables and proteins), which this one is not. You'll still want to add coconut milk, palm sugar, fish sauce, and a spoon or 2 of this stuff, so if it comes out tasting bad, lowkey skill issue lol.
I have one of these in back of my fridge. unless you make curry regularly one of these tubs will last a long time (probably too long)

For the record this is the same yellow curry flavor that you get from like McCormick yellow curry powder, but just 9000x spicier. It's like a 5/5 flavor and 5/5 spice if you know what I'm saying.

umm, actually it's not spicy at all. like barely. something like sriracha is 10x spicier for comparison.

- These are normally $2.99 or even $2.79 at most Asian groceries
- Buy this, add sliced meat, add onion, tomato, green pepper, fresh basil, bring to boil and this is likely 90% to 95% close to what you get a Thai place.

I know purist will argue, but think about it, in Thai place, u go in, u pick "red, yellow, green, or massaman curry", plus "1 meat", plus 1 bowl of rice. That's your $17.99 lunch special.

Yep Mae Ploy is good. My favorite is still Maesri though. Mae Ploy may be a bit spicier.
