I need a garage TV (detached in backyard, used as hangout spot). Which also angles outside and is relatively bright. Would this be a better option than a Samsung OLED? I could get this for the garage, or put my S90C in the garage and replace that with another OLED.

This is a good price. To get a brighter TV would cost twice as much. Per Rting this is brighter than a Samsung S90F and is the best Mid-Range 75" TV.

I just picked one of these up a couple weeks ago. It's very bright and has deep dark blacks. This is definitely brighter than your OLED. It's a great TV.
