FYI, not this product but 4 Amazon Resale orders....back to back...no joke......this month....which were either been defective prior returns (*1) or 1 item was like new but not the same product (*2) as the listing stated.
*1- One item even had a note in the box from a prior customer explaining the reason for return (these 3 items were the same SKU, all had multiple customer UPS labels on them, the boxes appeareds to have been through the Skynet war, and nothing was "mint" or "like new" as described....but 100% broken in multiple places. Even if the items were not useless as sent, they should have been described as "bad" condition just because of how much shipping damage they'd suffered. I marked all the boxes with black marker with "DEFECTIVE" on the package, in multiple places, so another half dozen more customers won't suffer the same fate.*2- I purchased a touch screen monitor and received a completely different brand NON-touch screen. I'm assuming someone scammed Amazon and then Amazon tried to scam me by their complete ineptness.
TLDR: Take Amazon Resale's condition with a healthy level of skepticism and don't be surprised if you need to return.
Going to assume this doesn't have the Nest Connect wall wart - which is the only way to get this connected to the Internet in 2026. So add another $50-60 if you don't have one already
