The Logitech G29 is a strong beginner racing wheel that feels like a game changer compared with a controller, and the refurb unit has been received looking like new. The bundle is more appealing when it includes the separate shifter, since the wheel alone feels incomplete for H pattern driving. The wheel itself gets the praise, but the Logitech shifter is described as cheap and easy to mis shift, with paddle shifters used instead. It also does not natively work with Xbox, so this setup fits PlayStation and PC best.
The wheel can work well as a beginner setup and can feel like a major upgrade over controllers.
The refurb unit reportedly arrived like new and included the speed shifter with a 1-year warranty.
The deal can be more attractive than some eBay refurb options because it reportedly includes a 1-year warranty.
The G29 does not natively work with Xbox and the workaround can be costly.
The shifter can feel cheap and can be prone to mis-shifts due to very tight spacing between gears.
The listing contents can be confusing because photos may show no shifter and the box contents may not list one.
The shifter included with the unit may not match expectations because the speed shifter can arrive separately and the paddle shifter may be missing.

I received it few days ago and it's like new and with the speed shifter (not paddle shifter. I received a separate shifter, but useless.)
