FYI it does have a slight high pitch hum when using the light mode only. Playing with the bloothtooth speaker or other sound shouldn't be a problem.
Great deal for what u get imo.
Community Reviews
This galaxy projector is mainly a cheap, fun mood light for bedrooms, kids rooms, parties, and chill music sessions. The projection is bright, colorful, and soothing, with multiple animation modes, a timer, Bluetooth audio, and white noise that can help with sleep or background sound. It also works well as a gift and keeps kids, grandkids, and even pets entertained. The main drawbacks are the noticeable whirring or high pitched hum in light mode, the fixed straight up angle, and reports that the stars stay green or the effects can be plain.
Common Questions (5)
In Amazon checkout, the promo code field is under Payment method, and in the mobile app you may need to tap the small arrow in the promo-code box before pressing Continue. If the discount looks wrong, refreshing checkout or going back to the cart can make the full promo apply.
It is commonly used as a calming night light for kids, with reports that children and grandkids like the ceiling lights and want it on nightly. It also has a timer, which helps if you want it to run at bedtime without staying on all night.
It can produce a slight high-pitched hum or whirring noise in light-only mode, and some units are described as noisy enough to be a deal-breaker. The laser portion is reported as silent, and the built-in white noise or Bluetooth audio can mask the sound when music is playing.
No, it does not tilt, so it projects straight up. That makes bedside placement less convenient and means you need to position it near the center of the room for broader coverage.
Yes, it is not rechargeable and must stay plugged in. That matters if you want to use it in a car, on a patio, or anywhere without easy access to power.
