That's ignorant people who follow brand not sound and quality this speaker takes out any speaker brand at this price range I will pay you see something better sound for this price

I picked mine up and I would say I am a little disappointed. The bass is good but there's a hollow sound to the vocals. Playing with it more, I have learned to like it but it's dependent on your music type. For acoustic or electronic music, it's fine but for songs that is vocal driven with lots of midrange, it sounds a little cheap. For example, some Adele songs are not good for this but EDM is great. For $40 I paid, I will keep it. Not sure if I would keep it for 60. I guess I was expecting something more from something that retailed for 120 and relatively bulky.

Grabbed one. It's honestly incredible how far we've come in 20 years. I mean $50 freaking dollars? That's nothing.

Comparing side by side with my Motion plus and the Boom is significantly better. Might go back for another.

My local Costco has these at $40. Picked one after being completely impressed with the volume level at a noisy warehouse. Bass is good but it's no JBL so if you like your chest feeling like it's going to cave in from bass then this may not do it for you. I'm one of those but for $40?? I couldn't pass on. As you go full volume, the speaker cuts the bass back to keep the sound clear and distortion free.

Buy one, you will not regret it!

I use the Costco app to check the warehouse price. Don't check from the main page of the app. Tap on the warehouse icon on the bottom. Make sure it is set to your warehouse and then use the "search warehouse inventory" box.
My local warehouse shows $50 on app, but when i got here they are sold out. The app still shows available..

This. At my local costco, the on-the-floor price was 60. The instacart price was 42. I asked the customer service person and they said "you just have to buy from instacart, we dont price match." I checked the warehouse price and it said 39 and thats what it rang up at the register.

Speaker sounds great. I have several of the linkable soundcore speakers and love using them during parties. Now I have another!

Cheers to those that are liking their new speakers. Anyone got a good EQ setup on the soundcore app?

Got this about a year ago. My teenage son takes it to the pool, beach, shower etc... and it's still going.

Was a bit disappointed until I EQ'd this. After doing so, it sounds much much better. It's nice and portable for dragging around while work in the garden.

Thank you, @kevzo. How does this work exactly?I tried it right now. I choose an area where it was $43.97 (not $39.97), but that is still better than my area's price of $49.97. I added it to the cart and a few other items. And then, changed the place to deliver it (made it my place). It changed the price to the $49.97. So how do I play only $43.97?Please explain, if you can. Thanks in advance!
I don't think that tricks works. Not sure if it worked in the past but it certainly doesn't work now.

Have you tried customizing the EQ via the Soundcore app? IMO, it's helped out a bit, at least to me. Doesn't beat my PartyBox 120, but at $40 it's a steal and perfect for portability and convenience. Thanks OP!

Showed up as $44 on Instacart but $40 at my local store. They had about 20 left after I picked up a couple for my son and myself. Such a great deal. Be sure to try playing around with the EQ via the Soundcore app as the out of box quality is mediocre.

Yes, I did. That's why I was able to learn to like it more. But overall it's not what I expected from something that retailed for 120, going for 100 and on sale for 80 to sound like. For $40,yeah it's fine.
