I, for one, would not bother clicking in if it were more transparent.
On a full site page (not from app or mobile site) Edit>(Go advanced if you cannot get to the title with edit alone).
Both black hats drop with coupons, or red is $8.98.
Shipping does show as free when I log into my UA Rewards account (no shoprunner needed) without spending $50. I don't know if this is user specific or how/why others say shipping is charged.
