Some reviews state it contains lead and Sorbitol. Has anyone used this to comment?

How can the reviewer test for lead? Is it listed as an ingredient? Also, is sorbitol bad for you? Sorbitol is very common used everywhere especially in chewing gums

Virtually all chocolate contains detectable levels of lead and other heavy metals. It gets picked up from the soil when the beans are dried. I've never seen it listed as an ingredient. I'm not saying there's lead in the toothpaste, just that ingredient lists are not molecularly comprehensive.

While there are studies clearly demonstrating harm from ingesting fluoride via well water or fortified municipal sources, I'm still not sure why fluoridated toothpaste would be a significant health risk as it touches teeth and gums for a few minutes and then gets spit right out. By removing fluoride we lose cavity prevention but what exactly are we gaining besides a vague peace of mind? Can someone please tell me what I'm missing?
