Thank you for pointing that out. Did they change their formula? This version says 200mg caffeine. My C4 at home has 135mg caffeine. Since I'm a caffeine weenie, I would use a bit over 1/2 scoop on the SL. My head would explode with 200mg. Excellent deal. In for Hawaiian Punch flavor.

It's funny because a guy I work with says he's sensitive to caffeine like you, but I'm basically mainlining it -- a typical day for me starts with about 300mg (and a workout) with maybe another 100-150 later on. And before someone says anything, I've never had any caffeine toxicity symptoms despite long term use*. I can't really have any after lunch though, or it definitely affects my sleep.
*One time I did have an 8oz energy drink that had 350mg in it. That stuff was WAY too strong, and I had a racing heart rate. It was called Spike. Looks like it's still around, but they've doubled the size (still 350mg though).
**Another time I tried a sample of a pre-workout in pill form, which apparently contained an amphetamine. Holy cr@p that was strong, and I thought I was going to hurt myself at the gym. I didn't take it again and then found out several months later that they were busted by the feds for using an illegal substance in it, which explained the reaction. The supplement industry is like the Wild West.
