Amazin has the Hot Logix Portable Electric Food Warmer for Men and Women - Great for Work, Office, and Construction - Cook, Reheat, and Eat on the Go - 120V - Blue on sale for 32 bucks. I have used these for years vs a microwave for lunch. They heat much more evenly and have a very wide range of hot enough probably over an hour. Lowest price in over 90 days. 26,000 reviews 4.7 stars. A Solid product and very handy if you have stuff in foil.
It is only 45 watts so if you have a 110 outlet in your car you can use it there.
The HOTLOGIC Mini Heated Lunch Box operates at 45 watts and draws 0.5 amps at 120V.
