I grabbed the little $100 one that only charges phones and feel like this is a way better idea to keep in the house. OP would it power a space heater for a decent amount of time? We lost power over winter when my baby was young and it was awful trying to keep him warm overnight

Space heaters are the one thing these battery power stations aren't suited for. Space heaters pull too many watts, typically 1200-1500 continuous. A 2400w gas inverter/generator is what you'd need to run a space heater. Costco and Sam's Club usually have a 2400/2500w generator for $279-$349.
My setup for power winter outages is:
Anker Solix C800x for the gas tankless water heater/fridge.
Anker Solix C2000 Gen 2 for fridge/freezer
Small 2400w gas inverter/generator and a 100ft extension cord to run one of those oil filled space heaters in our bedroom when the power is out. With the door shut in our bedroom it gets comfortably warm. The generator has to be refilled every 7 hours.

I personally would get a propane camping heater (in a well ventilated space) or install a wood stove for power outages. You'll seriously save a ton of money compared to a generator that you'd have to maintain and a wood stove would easily last you decades longer

The EF EcoFlow River 2 Pro is slightly better than this and cheaper too for $315. Check it out on Am@zon.

Better ROI for $150 more. Also, better return policy at Costco.comhttps://slickdeals.net/f/19365102-anker-solix-c1000x-gen-2-portable-power-station-with-200w-bifacial-solar-panel-599
That's $250 more. Still a great deal that gets solar panels into play.

Grabbed a Bluetti AC70 with the same watt hours for $259 out the door (no shipping, no tax on generators in Florida). Refurbished, but directly from Bluetti and carries the same warranty as their new ones.

Even my super tiny heater uses 300 watts. So this would run it for 2 hours tops. I have an electric blanket though that I've run off of an EcoFlow. Only draws about 60 watts, so you'd get 10 hours if that's all you were using the station for. Like someone else said though, a propane heater would work better for you.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I couldn't get it down to 349. Lowest I got was 379 after trying any codes.
